Extension of Bid Submission Opening Date

Hibret Bank would like to notify the extension of the bid closing and opening date for Fire Alarm, Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA) and FM 200 Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance services under bid Ref No. HB/008/2025, for which the bid submission and opening date is October 15, 2025. 

Therefore, the tender has been extended for an additional 15 (fifteen) days from October 15, 2025.

• Bid submission date will be October 29, 2025 until 2: 00 P.M and  
• Bid opening date will be October 29, 2025 at 2: 30 P.M 

So, you are required to act in accordance with the adjusted time schedule, and all other terms and conditions in the bid document remain the same.
